A Michigan Dealer asked us to let our members know about a racking system he has for sale.
FOR SALE: MEZZANINE RACK SYSTEM
It was purchased new and put in to its present configuration/location in 2001 and has been unused since 2007.
Presently, the "floor" level is 24' x 99' and the "upper" level is 16' x 81' with grated walkways down each side with removable rails, and a stairway at each end, but component parts could certainly be configured differently too. Things can be purchased as is where is, or could be dismantled to ship, and (re)erected if desired.

STEEL CANTILEVER RACK STRUCTURE 150' LONG BY 50' WIDE
Consists of 60 each Double Cantilever columns @ 20' tall with 6 each 48" arms with attached 9' base. Columns are bolted to concrete base. Painted steel roof supported by wood trusses at 5' on center with 2x4 purlins and bracing. Side walls are painted steel applied to 2x4 supports and treated 6x6 poles. Purchaser to disassemble and relocate all materials. Tow lift available to load materials on to delivery trucks.

Double 8x8 treated posts with 36" deep header trusses between poles 28' on center. Center wall with 6x6 poles and 7/16" OSB sheathing with corrugated fiberglass lite panels at top portion of wall. Includes all hardware, gutters and electrical fixtures. Purchaser to disassemble and relocate all materials except concrete floor.
