New Ohio Minimum Wage Poster

The Ohio minimum wage has
increased to $7.00 per hour effective January 1, 2008.
Employers are required to display the new Minimum Wage
poster reflecting the new rate. The State of Ohio web
site has this poster available on line here.
Federal Minimum Wage Poster
Available
The federal
minimum wage has been increased to $5.85 effective July 24, 2007. By law, you are
required to post the “Fair Labor Standards Act”
poster in a conspicuous location accessible to
employees. The Department of Labor has the poster

The Act
and the rules pertaining to it are explained at this link
and you can click on the appropriate link to print either
a black-and-white or color version of the law.
